Full Synchronization

All Gravity Forms entries are fully synchronized with Base CRM – Zendesk Sell. If you update/delete/restore an entry that entry will be updated/deleted/restored in Base CRM – Zendesk Sell.

Filter Entries

By default all Gravity Forms entries are sent to Base CRM – Zendesk Sell, but you can apply filters & setup rules to limit the entries sent to Base CRM – Zendesk Sell.

Send Data As Notes

You can send one to many fields data as a CRM entry Note.

Refresh Pick lists

Pick lists data can be refreshed automatically after certain period of time.
